You have an appointement with your animal?
- Once you arrive at the clinic, stay in your car, a staff member will contact you.
- In order to reduce your animal’s stress and promote its well-being, we do our preconsultation by phone. The technician will call you at the time of the appointment to take the necessary information. Afterwards, you can enter the reception and we will take you into the consultation room with your animal. You can meet our team and stay with your animal during the consultation if you wish.
- If your pet is particularly nervous or anxious, we can advise you on certain products, tips or medications to make their experience with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This can be discussed during the consultation or before the appointment with a technician if necessary.
Here to pick up medication or food?
- Allow 48 hours for the preparation of the medication and it is also recommended to contact us to have your food/other products prepared. This is to avoid unnecessary travel and waiting time because we regularly have products out of stock.
- We remind you that it is possible to make your purchases via our online store. In addition to having the possibility of having your products delivered to your home or to our hospital, you reduce your waiting time in our establishment and discounts may apply on recurring orders. Do not hesitate to speak to our receptionists.
