You have an appointement with your animal?
- Once you arrive at the clinic, you can come directly to the reception or,
if your animal is nervous and you prefer avoiding other animals , you can text us at 450 239 6021 to say you arrived and stay in your car until a staff member will contact you when we are ready to meet you and your animal. - If your pet is particularly nervous or anxious, we can advise you on certain products, tips or medications to make their experience with us as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This can be discussed during the consultation or before the appointment with a technician if necessary.
Here to pick up medication or food?
- Allow 48 hours for the preparation of the medication and it is also recommended to contact us to have your food/other products prepared. This is to avoid unnecessary travel and waiting time because we regularly have products out of stock.
- We remind you that it is possible to make your purchases via our online store. In addition to having the possibility of having your products delivered to your home or to our hospital, you reduce your waiting time in our establishment and discounts may apply on recurring orders.
